Eligibility for Return or Exchange

- You must provide the invoice and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened or used products (especially food or supplements)
- Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts
- Products returned after the eligible timeframe
- Health supplements with broken seals or missing packaging
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Exchange Process
